  • What are the course requirements?

    No prior knowledge is necessary. This course is relevant to all those who would like to gain a basic understanding of the retail industry and no previous experience is required. The participants will benefit more if they have a willingness to know the basics of retail management. Experience of working in corporate is a plus.

  • Course Assessment & Delivery?

    The course is delivered online through our Learning Management System (LMS) which is easy to use and allows you to study at your own pace. During the course, the learner will be required to complete online tests and assessments to achieve a certificate of completion. These online assessments will cover all modules and will test student’s understanding of the course. Each module must be successfully completed before the Certificate will be delivered online through our Learning Management System and will be available across all devices. Progression to the next module is not dependent on completion of assessment however certificate will not be given unless all modules are completed and the assessment passed.
